I crafted a distinctive visual identity for Eight Performance, a football fitness and training initiative, encompassing a logo (icon), logotype (icon + full name), color scheme, typeface, supplementary elements, and a unique pattern. The design is brought to life through a mockup featuring a branded water bottle and a conceptualized Instagram profile, offering a preview of its visual potential.
The logo draws inspiration from the number 8, styled in the classic football jersey format, with dumbbell ends shaping its openings. This symbolizes the brand’s core focus on football training, while also hinting at future gym-based offerings. The logotype pairs the logo with "Performance" in a sharp-edged typeface that mirrors the icon’s boldness, adding a dynamic, speed-driven feel to underscore the emphasis on conditioning.
The color palette blends off-white and dark gray for a refined, eye-friendly aesthetic over pure white and black, paired with green to reflect the football field vibe. This choice of green as a secondary color stands out, as it’s unused by other Zagreb gyms in their branding. The Instagram mockup includes sample posts, providing a basic yet effective vision for the brand’s digital presence.
